hey guys ,
I've got an 98 el gli sapphire 4.0l I'm interested to know what spark plugs and leads i should get for maximum power if u can.

i was thinking those iridium plugs
and motocraft leads which is factory(someone told me there the best)

the only mods i have is;
paccy extractors
high flow cat
2.5" mandrel bent sports with one muffler

i don't no if that helps but i thought it might

thx in advance

I use Bosch leads from Supercheap, they do the job fine. Top Gun leads are cheap s**t apparently, just search the forums and you'll see.

As for plugs, Iridium give you no real performance gain, they only longer lasting. Again do a search, there's been a million threads on plugs and leads.

All you need are the denso iridiums and the NGK leads to match...if you are really looking for an edge then you should index the plugs depending on how they go in...Just my opinion

eagle are really the best and have more of an effext with LPG cars as i use them on cars all the time.other than that NGK's are always gonna be better than motorcraft or supercheap leads...bosch are 1 of the worst...

This will sound like an advert but JimMock say they have tried every plug there is and they found a particular plug from the US they use gives a 4 rwkw gain just from the plugs, worth a shot maybe? They do mail order.

MSD wouldn't make any difference unless your gonna have 600 plus at the treads...
