Ride: EF GLi 5-spd & BA 'mont

Location: Albury
NSW, Australia

I've been given a set of XR6 springs to put into my BA 'mont. Just wondered if anyone knows the difference in ride height between the 2 springs.
I only want to lower it by around 30-35mm but still want a comfortable ride, any other suggestions would be appreciated.

XR springs should be the go for doing that. Drop it probably 30mm, and keep a factory ride quality
