Get a dowel or bolt that just fits in the bearing then fill the bearing up with grease then use the bolt/dowel as a piston to force the bearing out by taping it with a hammer.

Thicker grease and more of it and really sharp blows.

i sure do as where the spigot sits there is a bit on the torque converter that does in to there. so it sits in properly. i tried yelling at it, spitting on it and punching too but they didnt work either

You need to find a drift exactly the same size as the ID of the spigot bearing.
A 1/2 ext bar, with some duct tape will work. Bearing grease 3/4 fill the spigot hole, and try to drive the ext bar in. Keep trying, and if grease comes out past the ext bar, more duct tape. |

i've removed them before by sticking a long extension in there and gradually wiggling out the bearing by smashing the side of the extension with a hammer. takes fukin ages but it works (totally destroys the bearing tho but who cares)

that should work, just make sure u get as much grease in there as possible. ive also her you can use wet paper/tissues, this might be better if the grease is forcing its way through the bearing, but that dont happen too often. good luck
