Hi All,
Just wondering if you guys and gals could possibly help me before I hand my hard earned over to Ford. I have a BA Fairmont Ghia (5.4L) but the ABS seems to work when it is not required i.e. when driving slow not braking hard, for instance pulling into a driveway doing say 5kmh just lightly touching the brakes it kicks in. It will also bring up the ABS light along with the traction control for no apparent reason. I am thinking that maybe one of the sensors are had it but would like everyones thoughts before I send it off to ford. Cheers Brice |

it sounds like a wheel speed sensor, but its impossible to say which one without running a self test which can only be done with a scantool
