2 of my 17s are buckled ( not my fault ) is it worth getting them fixed, if so were in melb could do it or do i just chuck them and buy new rims.

Advanced wheel repairs in mooorabbin do a good job

they will re roll them and can respray them if you want too

i had 2 done last week,cost $125 each to straighten them,bent 3mm on 17x 8, but only have 2 places here that do them,get some quotes and see what happens.

they heat them up and push the out,and or weld {tig}some bad spots,re machine the run out in cnc lathe and square up hub face.the guy who done mine sends us alcoa truck rims to machine.i seen some rims in his shop i thought where scrap----he said -will be ok . so dont scrap them too quick,they may be saved :wink: :wink: :wink:

Do you know the address for them? I'm interested in getting a quote to remove the gutter rash from my SVO rims. It's all pretty minor, but I want them immaculate.

yeah Close to $500 to fix a el xr from that mob there a joke.. i brought a second hand set with tyres for $650
