Hi, lately last couple months the car has had a small hissing noise coming from the engine, while hard to track down i think its coming from behind the power steering fluid resoiver. Can notice at idle, but the exhaust is loud so dont know how bad it is when driving...
But lately the hissing noise has gotten progressivley louder and would assume something's gonna give, but the power steering is working fine and theres no loss of fluid???? What's the verdict? |

Hi There
I only own an EA but I'll start the ball rolling..... On the EF any vacuum hoses / lines on Exhaust side ?? Anything from water pump / lower radiator hose ?? Possible minor fluid ( coolant, PS, ATF ) spray onto Exhaust manifold ?? Good Luck |

The vacuum reservoir is inside the RHS guard, your eyes should show you the rest.
