Just had a look at the WSID homepage and there is talk that WSID will host a round of the NHRA Powerade series next year around September. They've been talking it up on ESPN as well and it seems to be in the final stages of negotiation. This is really going to be something special. It will s**t all over the boxing day US vs Aus top fuel challenge. Hell I will finally get to see John Force in real life. What a character. And his daughters are pretty damn hot too, especially Ashley.

hell yeah .john force is the man...I been goin to the drags eg. calder and heathcote and also to willowbank until drag racing stopped in victoria since i was in a friggin pram...been crewin for mates and had a few of our owns cars.should be good when it happens...

I reckon it will sell out in advance. I'm surprised that not many people are that keen on group 1 drag racing these days.

nuf said,i used to watch it on espn for years.we though 6 secs was fast and mechanical parts and various factors it stayed there for some time.last year they consistently ran 4.5-5 secs,they will be almost at the limit a car can go.
