well man.. regarding ya spoiler... have ya ever done any fibreglassing before ? i recon its ya easiest way of doing it.. it may take more time and a little extra money but fibreglass is pretty tough s**t and is also lighter than mdf and alot of bog... it was just a thought man. Im a boatbuilder and make lots of s**t outta fibreglass just get some help from someone or pm me if ya need some advice ok,
