Hi evry 1

New brakes on my Sedan (eb2) yesterday, went to shopping center- pulled handbrake up( as on gradient) done what I had to do, then went back and released and drove off- it all started !!! hand brake got stuck didn't release calipers!!! Took back to guy who done brakes, he said he'll release the cable coz its stuffed- so don't use the hand brake till get new cable- fair enough.

But the prob is now, the car braked fine- but when you just about come to a full stop, the last few wheel revolutions there is a rotational noise similar to the stcking caliper when handy was stuck- is this the norm for new braked to wear in???

Most likely handbrake not releasing.
Get under the car and see if the worm drive is going back to rest on the stop. Its where the cable meets the caliper.
