We bag Pro Comp heads etc, but have you checked out that site, shocking casting and that is what you can see, they look real professional too

I like the idea of an alloy Cleveland but my opinion is the quality of the block is more important, that is a alcohol block because it has no water jackets.

so have you got a budget for this thing, or just dreaming?

blower or not?

the heads you mentioned earlier, the 4000$ ones, they are set up for a mech roller cam, do you understand the costs involved in a setup like that? its not cheap, and wont last a long time street driving either.

IMHO, your best bet is to find people who have built similar setups that have run the numbers you want, and ask them for advice, its all been done before, and if you dont have the $$$ that there setups cost, lower your ET goals, or increase your budget.

Turbo is also an option, if you have access to a mig welder and a 4" grinder, and you have some skills building the setup isnt impossible, in fact, there is some manifolds/dumps on ebay I think to suit a clevo.

To go fast with lpg, you will need forced induction of some kind, it works great. Some people go fast n/a, but its much easier to do it with some boost.

Have another read macca, That was just the first one they cast just to check out the mold which, is why it had no water jackets. That block will be melted down again.
That guy is the same one responsible for the new 427 FE blocks....he knows what he's doing.
