Pumps change their flow rate according to how much pressure they have to pump against. I'de go and buy a good 1:1 regulator with adjustable base and buy a bosch 044. They are good for 700hp in a NA EFI car, so at the lower pressures demanded of a carb (even blow through) you will have enough fuel for what ever you throw at it.

That is exactly what I did this morning. I looked into running the surge tank idea and in a $$$ comparason the EFI pump and the 1:1 ratio boost referenced regulator worked out heaps cheaper. Still running new lines and fittings though.

Thanks heaps!
