Im after the name of the stuff that you add and it breaks up the oil that sticks inside your engine.

and also where can you buy it ?

take car for a long drive before you use it get oil hot then use as shown on instructions

Applications
Wynn’s Engine Flush is suitable for all petrol, LPG and diesel engines in cars and
trucks.
Use before each oil change to improve engine performance.
With engine off, add entire contents of 325ml bottle of Wynn's Engine Flush to the used
engine oil in the crankcase.
Let engine idle for five minutes.
With the engine off, drain the crankcase while the oil is still hot.
Replace the sump plug, install a new oil filter and re-fill the engine with new oil.
Don't pour clean oil into a dirty engine.
