only thing that is interchangeable is the rims otherwise the front ends are completely different

ok was just looking at those brake upgrades on ebay for the x series , just thought they could be slightly moded to suit el. cheers

hi
ive been a bit curious wether or not xe brakes can be modified to fit e series. when you compare the std brakes..the xe calipers are larger with larger pads and the rear disc brakes on xe are huge compared to e series |

rears could be done with some messing about (upgrade to larger rear pistons and vented discs rather than solid) but fronts couldent
also look on the hoppers stoppers website it has a HUGE list of faults with the e-bay brake upgrade |
