Well today i installed a headunit in my BA and my airbag warning light is on now

All i've done is put some wires in (mic, ipod, rcas) and tapped off the cig lighter and got a constant 12v from an unused plug. Any ideas what i may have done to set the warning light off?

Similar happend on a friends BF and it was reset by dealer then it was fine.
