Balljoints are easy enough - just need a good hammer and a press tool to get the new one in

With the rack, it can be bit of a pain. You have to either drop the exhaust at the engine or remove the engine mounts and try and lift the engine a little.

Rack is leaking through boots. He had hig pressure hose replaced ($300 ) beore leavin as a leak was obvious but then told rack needed replacing for a further $600

reco racks retail $200-300,even cheaper in sydney,i blew mine almost 2 years ago,on xmas eve, left work at lunch time and drove to sydney to have a new one fitted--booked it in at 9.00am same day, mate i know----all finished at 5.00pm,quoted $200 fitted and kept word, had a few problems --bigger tie rods and no sensor on rack, but all good, still ok and with warranty.
