you need the 20-pin third connecter and loom for all the LCD stuff to work i think.

IIRC someone here had some plug-and-play looms for sale for the digital cluster, but not sure...

Yeah, but it requires extensive rewiring. I just did mine with an EA Fairmont Ghia cluster into my ED. The two existing connectors need to be rewired, as well as adding the 20 pin connector that alfy mentioned. I have a spreadsheet of what needs to go where if you re interested, might help.
