auto or manual???
if its manual you should be able to light them up easly, jus giv her a rev and drop the clutch. ive herd of heaps of people not being able to spin the wheels with a auto after upgrading to a bigger cam, mainly because the power comes on later then the standard cam would. try this if its auto, push the brake tight enouf to stop the car from moving, then sloowly push the accelerator to the floor. if the wheels dont spin then as fast as you can let go of the brake and push it hard again. works on my mates vr every time.

You don't have enough power.

sounds like ur auto is slipping or engine is lacking power.

Yeah i would say your auto is slipping, no way could you loose enough power, not to make it spin

To me it sounds like your LSD is exceptionally loose, not tight, because the tighter (closer to locked) the diff is, the easier it is to slide, my ED could step sideways off the line when i had the Spool

If it was exceptionally loose it would be arcing up one wheel.

Single spinners don't count.

Converter problems? I remember mine used to have some problems then when the converter got replaced it was fine, could light them up no worries.
