Hey guys, just a quick one, I have a DF LTD which im rebuilding the motor at the moment, using GT40P's and i was wanting to also get an explorer manifold and the 24lb injectors off an AU XR8, but have heard that they won't fit due to having different plugs than me old 19lb's? Is this the case if im using the old HO manifold? Will the 24lb's plug onto my fuel rail with an explorer manifold fine?

Also is there anything else i need to know when fitting the explorer manifold?

Sorry about all the questions guys, cheers in advance.

The injectors will seat into the explorer manifold and your original fuel rail fine, its the electronic plugs that are different. Ford racing make an adapter plug to go from your EV1 style harness to the EV6 style injector.
