steven richards cleaned up a roo a few years back in a commodore. ive never heard of lowndes hitting one..? but yeah this one was a lucky one :P

And yeah. Lowndes copped a loose wheel - right in the windscreen crossbar. Lucky... I thought it was great when he pulled into the pits so they could kick out the back window for better aerodynamics!

i was spectating on hell corner the year lowndes has his windows ripped out.. should of heard the cheering from the crowd apon resumption of the race with no front and rear windows... - the crowd loved it! ... :lol: ambient temps struggled past 12 degrees... -just.. and the wind chill at 295 km/h down conrod with no front and rear winsscreen... :shock: :lol:
