Jared - using a Denso pump - in-tank. Same on used on Cosmo 20B triple rotors - seems to be doing the trick

my walbro flows 320lph id suggest the 044 would flow slightly more as depends who you speak to but my walbro apparently supports 700hp and depending who you speak to the 044 can support 800hp. Im not being rude but for the money and two products almost the same id like to save $70 for two slabs.

I have had three 984 and 1 044 Bosch pumps fail, my sons car with Walbro is still working, in fact it came from Michael's car.... Bit like Seiko and Rollex I guess... Pumps in series only increases flow by 15% .. The best way is in parallel...via surge tank...

I'm also using the Denso fuel pump, same as Steve's and had no problems also. I did have an 044 ready to go but ended up swapping for this one. The beauty of this pump is it fits right into the existing place of the factory pump, and not as loud on priming.
Along with this i've got the 72lb seimens injectors with the wolf V4 so had to chop up the looms and put the resistors in and using steve's hand-me-down Sard 1:7 fuel reg but seems to be working fine. Definately consider the V500 as it has the sequential injector option and if you are worried about tuning it you can always ask around for someone who has had experience on it |

Ahh !!! I have Walbro 255 intank as lift pump to 5 ltr surge tank.. Then two -8 lines to two 044 pumps that feed into two -8 braided to each side of fuel rails.. Then to Magnafuel reg and -6 return line to surge tank...
Have std filter pre surge tank and two filters pre 044 pumps then another between pumps and fuel rail.. Which is 40 microns... With these higher flow pumps . I strongly suggest upgraded the wireing circuit as thet draw a fair load.. In my case 14 amps each... I have 6mm wire to each pump via seperate relays with std wireing used to trigger relays... Bosch genarally DON'T advertise there flow rates, just power levels.. Trust me though when used forced induction engines the power level drops big time compared to n/a .... The pressue these pumps are tested at must be considered.. Some are at 3 bar while the better are at 5 bar etc...

bosch CERTAINLY DO advertise flow rates, they measure the 044 at 5bar, and, infact, they even go as far as explaining that their flow rates are measured using N-Heptane, and after a break in period of 20hrs... the 044, flows 200l/hr of n-heptane at 5bar
just out of interest, ive attached a flow rate/amp draw chart for the 044
