i got some 17'' CSA Gladiators on my car yesterday, and now my car looks so f**kn high off the ground its not funny lol.

my mate has offered me a set of EF XR springs and shortened shocks to suit, for $300 fitted.

im not the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to suspension, so can someone tell me if this is a fair price for this? or is it too much?

cheers

I paid $67.50 for my king lows from ebay.

Stock springs can be had for like $50 a set easily.

Ripoff.
You should be able to get brand new kings for under 200 easily if you look around, and I wouldn't bother with second hand stock shocks.

problem number one. 15's and 17 for some reason sit funny (seem to be higher) in the guards. I've had car's with 14's thru to 20's and the odd numbers just seem to sit higher, they don't just look it!

Depends on how old they are. And brand of parts.

If the height has changed that much i wouldn't be trusting my speedo, obviously overall diameter has changed, therefore speedo is not true. Recommend checking that out.
