The brake fluid hasn't been changed in years, since 1978. These calipers are from an HZ Holden. They're going to be used on a hotrod. The hotrod will be using all the running gear from an AUII XR8 ute, including the ABS system, minus the SRS.

as long as you clean them up and make sure there is no scoulding on the pistons them selves and everything is moving as it would normally they should be fine. seal kit would be a definate. and also make sure that the bleed nipples are new and that the thread in them isnt stuffed.

Here's one disc rotor that I have almost finnished, just got to finalize the depth of the tone wheel, then make a bracket to locate the ABS sensor.

Its not all done with a 3 jaw. I had to make a mount to hold the disc rotor.
I'm not a machinist either, just a motor mech that makes stuff. While the rotor was in the 4 jaw, I positioned it to O.OOO" runout, took about 5 mins.

All done now, calipers rebuilt, ABS sensor and tone wheels fitted, new brake pads, new bearings & seals, ready for installation.
