If this is for an EA-ED, I have both the 5spd knob and boot.

30 bucks for both. Plus postage.

ebay has the elgt boot for $45 so that may be the go. Ford no longer have elgt ones, only the grey one which I got quoted $70.. Normal knob is $18 so I thought I'd see if anyone had one. :)
