Ohk i have seen guys with slotted rotors on their cars but theay aint like the standard RDA/DBA Slots, they follow the same profile as the disc and never run off the edge of it, i was wondering where you get these from and what brand they are and how much they are?

You can also do a search on eBay for slotted rotors to compare prices with other suppliers.

They are the PBR premium upgrade ones from factory on the BA's! search for PBR rotors you should find something similar. the other type of slots would be more effective! as like you said these ones dont run out at OD. so $hit will still build more on the rotor than on the ones with the slots running from ID to OD

Getting RDA/DBA discs will be cheaper as they just bolt on. If you want bigger (which sounds like what your mate has) you need new front uprights, calipers, pads, the lot will cost you at least $2500 for the front.
