well if u cant make it out from the pic, no point explaining it. maybe open next to a normal I6 engine bay.

The specs on the Lysholm 1600 A whipple are rated:
* 450 HP/340KW
* 4.5L-6.5L
* Axial Intake only
* Self Lubricated
* 13kgs
* 1.6L / Rev displacement
* Twin screw rotors
* 140 deg max discharge temp
* 90% volumeteric efficiant
* Max RPM 13,000

I can see the obvious stuff. I'm just interested in what you had to do with the inlet appart from removing the bbm and stock throttle body setup. I've never pulled my plenum chamber off so i don't know what's left with it removed. Did you have to fabricate a manifold to fit the blower or is it just a matter of using an adapter plate?? Is the blower mounted on it's side?? I don't know anything about setting up superchargers, everybody wants to talk about turbos, so anything you can tell me will make me that little bit wiser.

yes its a custom manifold, as well as a custom throttle body to supercharger adapter. The charger is on its side and dosnt have much clearance from the body. you could fabricate a plate to sit on the bbm lower but you would have bonnet clearance issues, you could also mount the charger up the normal way but again it would be custom and a struggle for room

do you think there would be enough room for a small water to air intercooler or is that out of the question??

^^^ i reckon he could get one to fit... but he has enough room for an intercooler setup

anyway, i installed the 52Lb injectors in my EF today... reduced the fuel trim to -10% ... and its still running rich like before (the AFR gauge is still showing it as "off the gauge") but its not blowing black smoke on high rev gearchange.
idling about 100rpm lower now too?

Install a inter-cooler first then run it on the dyno. pump in as much tense air then accurately size your injectors correctly by noting where it leans out. thats my opinion anyway.
