Hey any one know what the wires are used for or how they need to be wired a diagram would be great anyone HHHEEEEELLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPP please

As long as it's an electronic from an XD/E then the 2 wires from it go to + and - of the coil, all you need is 12 volt ign wire to the + of the coil and you're in business.

I have the negative from the coil to earth and positive to switched power the distributor has three wire insid a sheath brown / black with brown / yellow and green all three inside a sheath like a coaxial cable any ideas where the ones from the distributor go

You don't need to earth the neg terminal mate, one of the dizzy wires runs to that, also use it for a tacho.
I can't remember the colour wires as it's been a while, i'm guessing there is a brown plug, one of the wires has a small blade terminal and the other has a loop?

What are you trying to do mate...? the wiring you mention is EST wiring, only good for a car with EST setup:
-Yellow/green: pinout 3
-Brown: pinout 2
-Black/orange: pinout 15

did you replace your dizzy or something...?
