I jsut removed the radiator out of the EBII Fairy and noticed that when I disconnected the transmission cooler lines that no oil came out, seems as though both the lines and cooler are dry, yet the dip stick says the box is at the right level and the car was driving fine.
I checked and the lines seem like they're joined the entire way - couldn't find any blocks or anything. Any ideas? |

Queer. I disconnected the top one from the radiator, started the car and fluid pumped out, so seemst o be flowing there.

Or it simply drained back into the trans as the cooler lines are higher than the trans sump.

And the car was still warm as my feet were feeting toasty in the coolant i was standing in. |

Dont forget that the trans isnt a pressurised system like a cooling system. The trans also has a breather on the top.
