I do it using my Scanner. Audio for TV stations in sydney is around 180-250Mhz.

My TV was only $180 bucks. Only one audio channel but run it through 4 speakers.... reception ok on most networks.

Listening to the simpsons on the drive home from work (able to now as theyve moved it to 7pm!) is great but keep eyes on road, lol.

just get a cheapo portable radio that can pick up the tv signals (dsmith has em), and hook it up to your system

My dad 1979 Corona could pick up radio in the stock stereo. It meant I never missed an episode of TMNT growing up...
