Can anyone confirm for me that these are double valve springs without a dampner?
I put these on the car a while ago and there's a chance that one is busted so i'm going to go for some Isky springs, doubles with a dampner.....Crane was a bad choice {DESCRIPTION} {DESCRIPTION} |

Do you have a cam card for the turbo re-grind cam? It should tell you what seat pressure and spring rate you need...
If you've got a broken spring you will definitely know about it. Get a good quality spring that meets your seat and open pressure requirements, and you should be laughing. Doubles with a damper isn't going to make a difference if it is still the wrong seat pressure and spring rate. |

Yeah got all the specs, the springs were bought and put in when the motor was NA ages ago and just didn't think of changing them when i went forced/regrind cam etc cause i didn't think they'd pose a problem
