Yours is red, mine's blue... Time for some red vs blue action!! (If you weren't in QLD and certain to kick my a**!!)
Looks nice.

The ute its going in is blue, so, after a bit of contrast.

Ha, well my car is sort of red (custom bordeaux, sparkling burgundy thingy) and I was looking for a contrast too, but now that all the other s**t is on top of the engine (leads, hoses etc.) I can't see even a lick of paint! Very disapointing!

Haven't got the ninja turtle shell on at the moment but still can't see much of the shineyness!! Bloody useless stuff like sparkplug leads, belts and fuel rails etc. cover everything up!!

Think I'll have to work out how to make the cover look nice and then put it back on... That way I can say it's all stock, just a painted cover (your honour!!)

Yeah, usually see them painted the same colour as the car, if not polished/chrome plated.

Its an update on the budget engine rebuild. The manifold is on, rocker covers are on, waiting on an aftermarket HEI dizzy. Still gotta make fuel lines, vac lines, base for the carby, bits and pieces.
