hey all
im abouyt to start a manual conversion on my ea ghia, but i have a few think i need to know before i start. the gearbox im using is out of an EL xr6, will the wireing on the gearbox match up to the wiring on the body? the car is a series 2 ghia. and i have noticed two switches on the pedal box to the clutch pedal, i know one is the switch for cruise control ( is this just T pieced to the one on the brake pedal) and then there is another switch, what is it and how is it wired if needed? thanks guys luke

from memory the cruise control on t he clutch is separate to the brake, think cos its attached to the brake lights so if they were connected then when you use the clutch your lights would come on. I remember reading thread on this exact issue about a month or two ago, best bet would be to do a search, and it should come up near the top of the list.
