hi there i have a problem with an xf not sure what is causing it. whats happens is you start it it runs ok idles ok. you go to drive it for a while and it dies have changed everything like dizzy cap, leads, plugs, carby kit, fuel filter, fuel pump, sender unit and air filter. it sounds almost like its starving for fuel. im stuck any ideas please help

Check the fuel hose between fuel pump and fuel line they can crack up over time and suck air instead of fuel to the fuel pump

thanks we tried another carby which we think has fixed it still a little unsure if it has or not but the carby has a flat spot even after a carby kit has been put through any ideas on how to get rid of it?
