Hi guys,

I know a few people have said they've had problems with cruise control not working and a 'ticking' or 'clicking' sound coming from the module. Well I've had the problem of a click everytime I'm on cruise control and put on the brakes. Although the cruise is still working perfectly, it just makes a loud click (which sounds like its coming from the rear door behind me).

Has anyone had this problem and what could the clicking be? Is it something to worry about?

Cheers,
Lukey.

The rear right door has nothing to do with cruise control... I doubt it has anything to do with it
Try driving around without the cruise and see if it still does it

Yeh I know I'm pretty sure the sound comes from the module, just sounds like rear. Nah it only happens with cruise control on, if I break without cruise being engaged it doesn't happen.

Hmmm, it does sounds like something to do with the cruise module, any sort of clicking or clonking usually is. Fixed my cruise module lately, $40 (from wrecker) and 10 minutes of my time.

Hmm well it doesn't seem to be as loud anymore. I guess if it stops working then I'll worry, maybe its just normal noise when it disengages.
