Another noise which has popped up today with some video to explain it. After turning the car off it now makes a big sucking noise which can be felt through the oil cap, and 'parts' are heard moving inside....

Could it be related to my other 'noise' thread?

Same as pcv , take the hose off u have suction, id say this is normal. More pronounced due to oil filler hole diameter being larger possibly?

How did you discover this problem when oil cap was in place? Can it be heard at all with cap on?

Yeah its a very loud 'whooshing' noise, followed by a couple taps, then oil trickling can be heard...... its just ive never noticed it before and thought its strange

whooshing noise sounds like the inlet manifold gasket.

still haven't thought about the click :/
