Change or even clean the ISC, this is most likely the culprit.

My car does this and so does my mates. Is your car a manual by any chance? We have both just disconnected our ISC

Holy crap, I thought only EA CFI's (like my first EA) did this!! Fk it's annoying in an Auto - it tries to take off when your at the lights!

I had the same prob in manual wagon.
The accelerator cable was on its last legs ( my fault, extrac's throwing too much heat on it!) ISC also likely culprit, as the guys said earlier.
