I had the same problem with my car,running the usual go fast gear. Had 3.08 single spinner diff no go in dry/wet or dirt road, with and without brakes.
Slotted in T5 instant smoke :-)

No go on wet road or even dirt??? WTF?? I woulda slotted in a new motor too if it couldnt spin on dirt...

was dissapointing, I balme it on the auto, when I get the opportunity to drive my dads stock EL wagon, it's interesting to see how easy his car smoke the rears, sometimes even on takeoff (running 205's)

jjohno .. mate just drop down some coolant ( straight ) roll on to it ,
brake n accellerate at the same time and just stab the brakes on an off !
then have some fun . if you dont succed try again , o and raise the tyre pressures up a bit to around 30+ :P

seen that before... smokes hard.... and has a LSD or similar.. but that cars worked.
