Hey saw this on ebay was wondering if its worth getting,

I was going to buy an AU XR8 snorkel which was $42 from ford but this looks better.

It looks to be the Xr6T snorkel... and ive upgraded on my BA. So if your running stock snorkel, and you can make it fit, then i say go for it!

ask your ford dealer for an XR6T snorkel. should cost less than 40, which is what the ebay item looks to be.

i think you'll find they are identical except some au ones (t series) had the tickford wings embossed on top.

readily available from any dealer just about anywhere

obviously been a while since you guys saw a factory ef snorkel.

its an au3 xr8/ba xr6t style one. there is no shonkiness going on except with the benefits in the description.

They look pretty much the same though dont they, sept srandard is smaller(duh) and more rounded.

haha, i just thought the xr6t was alot bigger than what the photos show, but it doesnt look like much of an upgrade from the GT snorkle i have

Just fitted one today to my ef2 ghia they are heaps bigger than the standard ef snorkel but it rubs on the thermo fan shroud. Bought from ftg for $40 od bucks includes p&h.
