Hey guys. first time im trying to flush and change the coolant in my ed since i got it 4 months ago.
I had a quick look around, and i can't seem to access the bottem of the radiator..there seems to be a plastic plate thing thats blocking access to it.. How do YOU drain the fluid? |

There should be a hole about the size of a 20cent piece on the drivers side just towards the front/side of the plastic panel your refering too. Inside will be a plastic plug for the radiator, a large phillips head screwdriver will be needed to undo it.

Just pull the hoses off and replace them while your doing the coolant. You will probably find it a lot easier if you take the thermofans out, only a few minutes to do that.

Pull the top hose off the radiator and stick a garden hose in the radiator hose and run the car with the heater going.....
When the water goes clear then youve flushed the system, then let a bit of water out first before you re-attach the radiator hose to make room for the coolant you add to the reservoir |
