not to sure to use clear when i finsh painting acrylic

well yes u need too
as the clear gives it the shine it also protects the paint underneath when u spray the clear give it 4-5 coats starting with a LIGHT coat first then building up heavier coats after it has dried block it back with 1200 wet/dry then polish will be sweet

its just the my brother is a spray painter and he said for me that im new at painting and it would be best for me not to put clear on it because if i have any sand paper marks that might come out in the paint two or three weeks later as the paint hardens it would be harder for me to fix with clear on it and he said that clear on acrylic is not really needed just wax and buff once a week or every two weeks and use good wax not cheap crap sorry for the late reply thanks

you can also add the clear to the paint so you dont need to add the clear on its own later, has the same afect
