started to look around a bit more seriously for a intake manifold upgrade. i'm still running the h.o.
was going to go down the normal path and track down an explorer manifold. i've also come accross a cobra manifold and also been shown a edelbrock rpm copy called a power+plus typhoon. i am only lookig to spend up to $500ish so these are about it for my options i would imagine. basically... which one is best. the article i read on the power+plus had it outperforming a ported cobra but that was also after it had been given a clean up and a port match as the cheapness is clearly seen in the quality apparently. given they are quite cheap i can afford to do similar. didn't say much about bolting it up to a falcon though. any heads up on what may need to be done. is it a straight bolt up or more modifications req. apparently the explorer doesn't have anywhere for the iat sensor. lots of questions i know but i have some time off over chrissy and thought i would reward myself.
