I have an Futura AU1 update and I have fitted the Preium in dash 6 stack from an AUIII. (Works great but buttons on steering wheel do not work) I have just purcahsed the rest of the preuimum system 2 x door speakers 2 x A pillar tweeters and 2 x rear shelf speakers and the sub woofer and amp and complete wiring loom (all factory).

My proplem is I have a wagon and the replacement rear speakers are 5 x 7, whereas the orignals are 5 " round (and are stuffed from using the upgraded head unit). so I can't fit them in the orignal place. I know that "E" seris wagons have the speakers fitted in the rear door, and I was thinking of doing the same.

My question is how will they sound in there compared to the top of the sides of the cargo area? Or should I just buy the Faimont rear wagon speakers and be done with it?
