Hi, i have searched through a few threads and was really looking for some DEFINITE confirmation if i buy a EBII onwards clutch kit and flywheel, will it bolt straight into my EA T5 manual?
Is the thrust bearings the same? What else will i need? Cheers!!! |

Yes if you buy the EBII Flywheel and clutch kit it will all bolt up fine. The EBII onwards flywheels have 3 dowels and 6 threaded bolt holes as apposed to 3 holes and no dowels on the EA Flywheel. Thrust bearings are the same, but you should get one as part of the clutch kit.
I've done clutches in all my previous Falcons lol. EA, EBII and an EF. Also don't forget to get a new spigot bearing. |

I have an EA box..... do i specify EBII onwards model when i order the spigot bearing or is it like the thrust bearing... multi fit?
Is the spigot bearing easily accessed when changing over clutches or is the mechanic gonna charge me extra ya reckon? Sorry for all the q's but i just wanna get it done once and only once.... |

yeah spigot bearing is easy, it sits in the crank behind the flywheel. It's the same on all e-series. Any good auto parts store will have one for about $15.

Also im under the impression i need to use the later model outside flywheel bolts.
But can i use the same flywheel to crank middle bolts from the EA flywheel? |
