hey guys i got a scratched cd stuck in the stacker and now it wont come out it just makes this crrrrr sound lol. I got told i need to replace the whole unit for $600. I find this stupid just cause a cd is stuck. Is there any other way to get it out?

non serviceable item, very sensitive are the cd/stacker untis in the b series. have you tried asl logistics? they are the guys who make/supply/repair the gear
