i am currently looking for an EA 3.2 litre engine in running condition, engine looks the same as the 3.9 but should have 3.2 stamped on the front of the head.
will also consider picking up a complete car in the brisbane area.

good luck finding one i think there were only 200 or 2000 made somthing small like that but i'll keep an eye out for one

thanks m8, there were a limited amount made in series 1 only, and i have a feeling they were all wagons too, lol.
i guess most people getting a secondhand car wouldnt realise it had a 3.2 because they didnt have badges and look like a regular 3.9 which makes it harder to find one.


thanks for the link smiley, if the car was in brisbane i reckon id make an offer. well the reason for wanting the 3.2 is to strip it down and rebuild it for the strip just for something different. a bit of a project car. i will be rebuilding the 3.9 later on but wanted to try something different first as it has matching engine numbers.
compression ratio and bore size is the same as the 3.9 but the shorter stroke equates to higher rpm, perfect for high boost and multiple injectors. the intention was to get engine only, but if the price is right for a complete car i need both drivers side doors and front guard for the s-pac plus a few other bits. a wagon would be ok cos id like to have a go installing the larger steel tank.

i came across one about 6 months ago. my step brother bought it for $1200. it only had 220000ks on it. but the prick has dissapeared still owing me money for it. its on the gold coast somewhere..
