Went to my local speed shop today, and ordered a walbro 255 in tank pump for my EB V8. Guy behind the counter asked "inline or offset?" and i went umm inline. So he's ordered it...and ive gone home and realised mine is offset...Is there any problems with me modding it to work, or is the inline pump completely different?

Does it go in the tank, if so than yes it will fit ive had the same issue and it fit fine( had to bend my bracket to get it in there , you could cut it off).

If it is an inline it doesnt go in the tank and it can be used with standard pump.
