If its the EL fairmont then you didnt replace the big o-ring properly. I had the same issue. I fixed it in 5 mins. Mine blew alot of black smoke on start-up but i used 95-98ron for 1000km and that reduced considerably. So i suggest running 95-98 ron after an oil change and then continue to use 91 ron after the next oil change. Works a treat.
