i just wired up h/u and all amp and speaker s**t and works awsum but the power aerial dnt kick in when u change the h/u to radio, do i have to wire it up or sumthing, brought the adapters and s**t everything else works great

I'm assuming you're running the ford power antenna (being a fairmont).
The BEM (body electics module) has a wire going to the factory HU, that picks up power when the radio is on - most aftermarket units have an equivalent wire - you need to make sure these are talking to each other.

Visit the docos and do some research.
