thats an adaptor - a spacer is just a flat peice of aluminium that goes onto the hub

>_< it is a piece of alloy! with studs in it!
its a "hub spacer" ie it spaces your hub out and makes it so u can use the wheels on your car. everyone calls it a hub spacer. get with the pogram the stupid alloy rings do nothing on a ford. u either have "hub spacers" or nothing!

the picture is of a hub adapter as not only does it change the offset it can also be made to fit wheels with different stud patterns. A spacer is a plate that sits between the hub and the wheel usually in thicknesses of either 3 or 6mm but does shorten the length of wheel stud available for the nut to hold the wheel on.

Where can i buy a set of these hub adapters from and how much are they, I have just bought a set of BSA 18" Rims off a BA XR6 and am going to put them on my EF XR6.

Try your local tyre shops or tempetyres.com.au but be wary in most states they can be regarded as illegal to use. Heaps of people do use them as I have done my self but you should be aware that there could be issues. Also the threads on the adapters could be slightly different to your hubs so dont mix the nuts as this could end in disaster.
