Good luck finding 'em second hand! Try www.ozeparts.com and choose NL Fairlane on the model selection on the left of the page. They're $83 new genuine for one.

for one!?! bugger!

correct me if i am wrong, but isnt that little venty bit different between pov packs and fairmonts? i was sure that they were a different shape and didnt fit in properly

You are quite right, the pov packs are just an imatation vent. On the monts they have a plastic box behind them to mount the cornering lamps into.

Does anyone know if there is a set legal position that you have to have your driving/fog lights mounted at.

The centre beam up against the wall was originall 270mm high and I lowered them down to 250mm

Just wondering if there is legislation in place that says you have to point them at a certain angle.

They fit and you can wire them up as driving lights if you want. I had mine wired up to turn on with the parkers with a seperate switch under the dash to turn them off if the boys in blue ever question it. Had them this way for 5 years..

lol i fitted spot lights which are driving lights (not fog) with narva 80's and i wired them up to the parkers. (no seperate switch and im an apprentice electrician lol) i just didn't care for a seperate switch, until the boys in blue tell me off, then ill fix it. Also i have "illegal" i don't if there not are they are, blue 4xled t10 parkers. (my friend saw my car driving on the other side of the freeway, pretty visible). So i have heaps to be pinned on, but i have had them for 2 and a half years approx and no probs.
