hey every1 i was just installing neons in my ef, running from a seperate switch so i wired the switch to the 12v behind the cigarette lighter and then the neon off the switch. But when i tested it and flicked the switch the neon didn't work and my head unit died.
I think i might hav blown a fuse or somthing, can some one tell me were the fuse is that powers the head unit and cig lighter.

check the courtesy lamp fuse under the dash.
